- Is my journal private?
- Yes. Sessions, journals, and goals are stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts or collect your practice content on our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
- How do I export or delete my data?
- Open the app → Settings → Data Management. Export as JSON or clear sessions, journals, goals, or all data.
- Does the app work offline?
- Yes. After the first load, core features work without an internet connection.
- I lost data after reinstalling. Can you restore it?
- We cannot restore data from our side. If you exported a backup from Settings, use Import in Data Management on your device.
- How do I report a bug or request a feature?
- Email us with your device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help.
- How do I upgrade to Premium?
- In the iPhone or Android app, tap a Premium feature or go to Settings → Subscription. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play when you download or renew your subscription.
- Which languages are supported?
- English, Spanish, and French. Change language in Settings → Language.
- How do I leave a review?
- Reviews are managed by Google Play and the App Store. We appreciate feedback there or by email.
